About Lost Jungle 2D: Temple of the Sun

Lost Jungle: Temple of the Sun is a side-scrolling jungle expedition presented with richly themed backgrounds and platform challenges. Players travel through 25 long stages, searching for Sun Relics, coins and keys while navigating gaps, water and lava hazards, traps and enemies.

The exploration is more involved than a straight race to an exit. Locked gates and pressure-plate puzzles make collected items and observation important, while special powers such as dash, shield, torch and healing fruit offer different ways to approach difficult sections.

Story and setting

Ari, an apprentice cartographer, follows the trail of their missing mentor Mara. Relic hunter Voss has broken the Sun Lattice, and five chapters take Ari across the jungle to recover its Sun Seals and return daylight to the valley.

Among the threats are snakes, frogs, spiders, bats, stone monkeys, boars, armored crawlers, sun wasps and stone sentries. Boss encounters include the Monkey King, Spider Queen and Sun Guardian, giving the adventure a clear sense of escalation as the player pushes toward the Sun Relics.

Move through the level while watching the ground, platforms and upcoming traps.
Jump over gaps or onto safe ledges; use a dash attack when appropriate.

Desktop and mobile controls

Desktop

Use A/Left Arrow to move left and D/Right Arrow to move right.
Press Space/Up/W to jump, Shift or J for a dash attack, K/F to shoot, P/Escape to pause and M to open the expedition map.

Hold either direction while tapping Jump or Dash. Hold Shoot for repeated relic bolts while ammunition lasts.
