City Quest: Rise of the Guardian

When a mysterious gang disrupts life across the township, a young guardian rises to restore balance. Run across rooftops, help local characters, recover lost tokens, and explore the outer township districts, and free the rogue taxi guardians.

How to Play

  • Reach the mentor or guide character to receive your mission.
  • Collect coins, taxi tokens, and badges while avoiding enemies and obstacles.
  • Use Jump to cross gaps, crates, and spikes. Land on taxi roofs or ride moving lifts.
  • Use Shoot to fire guardian energy at walkers, drones, and bosses.
  • Flying drones can fire back, so dodge their energy bolts.
  • Collect shield, heart, and blaster power-ups to survive harder stages.
  • Checkpoint beacons save your position during a mission. Falling returns you to the latest beacon and costs one life.
  • Hold Shoot while moving or jumping. Walkers charge their shots: use cover or jump over their bolts.
  • Finish a level to unlock the next mission. Press P or Escape to pause; choose unlocked outfits in Pause.
  • Adjust Music and Sound effects separately in Pause. Sound On / Off mutes both.
